DreamHostChina域名历险记

一直以来是一个DreamHost的忠实用户，非常喜欢DreamHost的主机，它清爽的后台，便捷的管理，灵活的SSH……

于是最近想做一个有关DreamHost的网站，也能推广一下自己喜欢的产品。还能送大家一些优惠吗“LIDECHENG”。当然大家用我的优惠码我会得到一些DreamHost的佣金。

于是就在DreamHost注册了一个新域名："DreamHostChina.com"，但是在注册后无论如何也添加不进DreamHost的后台。于是发信给DreamHost客服：

The domain was previously added to another account which has been
disabled. Thus is "locked" in our system.

Typically we dislike any customer / affiliate from registering or hosting
any site with "Dreamhost" in the name, where you intending to setup an
affiliate site promoting hosting services?

P.S. Please note we also own a trademark on "Dreamhost", which unless a
member of our media/marketing staff has given you permission to use your
account would be violating our ToS regarding trademark/copyright usage if
you where to host this domain.

In spite of setting up web hosting services of dreamhost, I just want to make a blog of dreamhost and a Mandarin version site of wiki. So that Chinese people who do not know English can also access to better services from dremhost.

FUCK THAT ，这算什么解释？因为域名中有DREAMHOST字样就不给用？那我域名中还有CHINA呢，无语了。

就这样周折了N天，终于决定把域名DNS指向到非DreamHost主机上继续使用了。
